Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy last updated on Dec 12, 2024

At SpringLearns, we strive to deliver the high quality training and customer satisfaction. However, all purchases are final, and refunds will only be considered under specific conditions as outlined below.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1.1. Rescheduling Requests:

  • • Candidates may request a change in their training schedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session

  • • Once rescheduled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

1.2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by SpringLearns:

  • • If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will transfer the candidate's seat to the next available batch at no additional cost, subject to the candidate's confirmation.

  • • If an event is cancelled by SpringLearns, a 100% refund (no transaction cost will be deducted) of the course fee will be issued. However, SpringLearns is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred (e.g., travel or logistics)

2. Refund Policy

2.1. General Refund Conditions:

If all purchases are final. Refunds are only granted under the conditions below:

  • • Refunds will not be processed once a candidate has attended any portion of the training

  • • A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from all approved refunds

2.2. Refund Requests:

  • • Before 7 Days of Training: 100% refund (minus 10% transaction fees)

  • • Between 3-7 Days Before Training: 50% refund

  • • Within 3 Days of Training: No refunds will be granted

2.3. No Refunds in the Following Cases:

  • • If the participant fails to attend the training without prior notice

  • • If the participant has already rescheduled their training

  • • If the refund request is submitted after the training start date

3. Refund Procedure
  • • Refund requests must be made via email to support@springlearns.com with proof of purchase and payment details

  • • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after initiation
